  2. Legends is in no way affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang, AB.

Purchases

  1. To make any purchases or payments to our store, you must be above the legal age of 18 or have permission from your parent/legal guardian.
  2. We have full control over the packages on this site. We reserve the right to alter these packages and/or their contents at any time we see fit.
  3. You are responsible for entering the correct username(s) for the package(s) that you will be buying.

Refunds

  1. We exercise a strict no refund/chargeback policy. All purchases are final, unless an agreement is created between both parties (you, the customer, and Legends).
  2. Any attempt to bypass our policy (filing a chargeback case with your credit card company) will result in an indisputable ban from all services operated by Legends. There could be legal consequences to these actions as well.
  3. In the event that our Minecraft server were to shut down, refunds for any purchased content will not be available.
  4. Any package (rank) will not be refunded in the case that your account has been punished; ban, mute, etc.

Liabilities

  1. We are not responsible for the replacement or reimbursement of any purchased content in the event of account access loss regardless of reason (hacked account, forgotten login, etc.)

Privacy

  1. Any personal information (names, credit card numbers, addresses) collected in the payment process will not be sold or otherwise given to any other individual or company without direct consent from the user responsible for the purchase of the package(s).
  2. Information provided by the customer will only be used for processing payments, delivering package contents, or resolving issues with payments.
